STOP APOLOGIZING FOR OR EXPLAINING YOUR DECISIONS AND CHOICES - You don’t owe anybody explanations.
You are the expert of your life. Trust that you know what is best for you and F what everyone else thinks.
FEEL ALL THE FEELS - Start including your emotional health in your overall health and well being intentions .
Oftentimes when unpleasant emotions come up our immediate reaction is to avoid, ignore or resist them—and most of us have been doing this since childhood because we were not given the space or the tools to identify and process emotions.
Instead, get in the practice of creating space to pinpoint the emotion or sensation when it arises. Pause, take a few conscious breaths, acknowledge and be with the true thought/feeling without attaching meaning THEN respond mindfully from that place of a little more space and objectivity.
SPEAK UP - Use your inner voice!!!
This includes all aspects of how you express yourself to the world. Are you (kindly) speaking your mind freely? Are you living the life you desire doing things that light you up? What is it that you are not saying or living? What is the need you need met, how do you communicate it and is that serving you? Are you using your voice in a way that is aligned with your truth or most authentic self and is it prompting corresponding actions?
